My name is Ruth, I qualified as a Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree from University College Dublin in 2003. I am passionate about promoting a healthy lifestyle, and empowering people to take control of their health. I have a particular interest in preventative medicine, and how lifestyle changes can improve our long-term health.
I love teaching people how to exercise in a safe manner, whether it be to help with joint or muscle pain, to build muscle mass, to build stronger bones, or to help manage medical conditions. I believe that there is appropriate exercise for everybody through their whole life, from teens into adulthood, through pregnancy, menopause and into your older years. I love to help people find the exercise that is best for them at the time.

I participate in Ruth's online strengthening classes and it is an amazing experience. Ruth is a true professional in the field of physiotherapy and her classes are both gently challenging and very effective. Her instruction is clear, concise and encouraging, making it easy to follow along and get the most out of each exercise. I have being doing pilates with Ruth for over 10 years now, both in-person and on-line. Her classes are a perfect mix of tension release, mobility and strengthening.
