Ruth O'Connor
Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor

I am  a CORU-Registered Physiotherapist with over 20 years experience. I graduated from University College Dublin with a fist class honours degree in Physiotherapy. I have been teaching pilates for 18 years and have enjoyed the benefits of pilates fist-hand when competing in The World Major marathons, triathlons and long distance cycling events such as L'Etape, La Marmotte and La Maratona Dles Dolomites. I then changed gears and practiced pilates throughout pregnancy and to regain strength post-pregnancy to allow me to return to sport feeling fit and strong. I love exercise for its myriad of health benefits and I love teaching people how to exercise in a way that feels good for them.
